How Pricing Works
AI Dubbing (Included in Plans):
One hour = 60 minutes of final dubbed video. Includes transcription, translation to 50+ languages, AI Dubbing with natural voices, and subtitle files.
Different Project Types:
• AI Dubbing: 1 minute of video = 1 minute consumed from your plan
• Translated Subtitles: 1 minute of video = 0.5 minutes consumed (50%)
• Subtitles (Captions): 1 minute of video = 0.2 minutes consumed (20%)
Human Review (Optional Add-on):
£1.60–£2.20 per minute for expert linguistic review, depending on complexity. Native linguists polish language, tone, and cultural accuracy for critical content.

Is my payment secure?
Yes, your payment is processed using Stripe, one of the world's largest payment processors. Not even we can see your credit card information!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. For enterprise customers, we can arrange invoicing and bank transfer.
How is usage calculated?
Usage depends on the project type: AI Dubbing projects consume 1 minute per video minute (includes transcription, translation, voice synthesis, and subtitles). Translated Subtitles projects consume 0.5 minutes per video minute (50%). Subtitles (Captions) projects consume 0.2 minutes per video minute (20%). This lets you do more with your plan when you only need specific services.
Can I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel my plan anytime?
Yes! You can change or cancel your plan at any time from your account dashboard. Changes take effect immediately for upgrades, and at the end of your billing period for downgrades or cancellations.
What happens if I exceed my monthly hours?
For Creator and Agency plans, you can upgrade mid-month or contact us for additional hours. Enterprise customers have unlimited volume with custom pricing based on their needs.
How does human review work?
Human review is our premium quality layer. Native language experts review your content for linguistic accuracy, cultural tone, and brand consistency. Pricing ranges from £1.60–£2.20 per minute depending on complexity. Agency plans include 30 minutes free. Many agencies pass these costs to their clients as part of production services.
When should I use human review?
Use human review for: marketing campaigns, executive communications, training videos, sensitive content, specific dialect requirements (Gulf, Egyptian, Levantine, etc.), or any content where brand reputation is critical. AI handles routine content perfectly — humans add that final polish for mission-critical work.

Yes you can. GoGlobal is a cloud based online software which means you can log in and edit your files on almost any laptop or desktop with an internet connection.
