How Pricing Works
AI Dubbing (Included in Plans):
One hour = 60 minutes of final dubbed video. Includes transcription, translation to 50+ languages, AI Dubbing with natural voices, and subtitle files.
Different Project Types:
• AI Dubbing: 1 minute of video = 1 minute consumed from your plan
• Translated Subtitles: 1 minute of video = 0.5 minutes consumed (50%)
• Subtitles (Captions): 1 minute of video = 0.3 minutes consumed (30%)
Human QC (optional add-on):
Standard human QC is £1.6–£2.8 per minute of finished output per target language, depending on complexity. Reviewers work in our editor—tightening timing alignment, correcting speaker swaps, tweaking emotional delivery (tags and segment regeneration when lines read flat or wrong), and ducking voices against music and SFX. This is not a separate expert linguistic-review service; rates reflect that each minute of output usually needs several minutes of detailed QC (often more on short-form and episodic volumes).

Is my payment secure?
Yes, your payment is processed using Stripe, one of the world's largest payment processors. Not even we can see your credit card information!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. For enterprise customers, we can arrange invoicing and bank transfer.
How is usage calculated?
Usage depends on the project type: AI Dubbing projects consume 1 credit per video minute (includes transcription, translation, voice synthesis, and subtitles). Translated Subtitles projects consume 0.5 minutes per video minute (50%). Subtitles (Captions) projects consume 0.3 minutes per video minute (30%). This lets you do more with your plan when you only need specific services.
Can I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel my plan anytime?
Yes! You can change or cancel your plan at any time from your account dashboard. Changes take effect immediately for upgrades, and at the end of your billing period for downgrades or cancellations.
What happens if I exceed my monthly hours?
For Creator and Agency plans, you can upgrade mid-month or contact us for additional hours. Enterprise customers have unlimited volume with custom pricing based on their needs.
How does human review work?
AI handles transcription, translation, voice generation, and initial timing; many teams finalize QA in-house. Optional human QC is £1.6–£2.8 per minute of final output per target language and focuses on timing, speaker alignment, emotional delivery tweaks, ducking, and overall quality control in the dubbing editor—not standalone linguistic translation review. Expect roughly 5–10 minutes of reviewer effort per minute of output in typical projects. Agency plans include 30 minutes free. Many agencies pass these costs through as production.
When should I use human review?
Use human review for: marketing campaigns, executive communications, training videos, sensitive content, specific dialect requirements (Gulf, Egyptian, Levantine, etc.), or any content where brand reputation is critical. AI handles routine content perfectly — humans add that final polish for mission-critical work.
Can I get a refund?

Can I access my account on different computers?
Yes you can. videodubbing.com is a cloud based online software which means you can log in and edit your files on almost any laptop or desktop with an internet connection.
