3. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used for the following purposes:

  • To provide, operate, and maintain the Service (e.g., processing video translations and dubbing for your projects).

  • To monitor reliability and security of the Service using aggregated operational metrics that do not include your creative content.

AI and model training: We do not use your videos, audio, scripts, subtitles, or other project content to train, fine-tune, or improve AI/ML models for other customers or for our general products. Content is processed only to deliver the Service you requested (including via carefully selected subprocessors). Enterprise customers may also execute a Data Processing Agreement and IP/AI-use addendum that contractually reinforces this commitment.

Legal Basis (GDPR / UK GDPR): We process your data based on (a) contractual necessity, (b) legitimate business interests, or (c) your consent where required. GoGlobal Solutions Ltd. is a UK company; processing is governed by applicable UK and EU data protection law.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We may share your information with:

  • Service Providers (subprocessors): Third-party vendors for hosting, object storage, payment processing, email delivery, and AI-based translation/speech features required to deliver the Service. A current subprocessor list is available to enterprise customers under NDA / as a DPA annex.
  • Legal Authorities: When required by law or to protect our rights (e.g., subpoenas, fraud investigations).
  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
  • International Transfers: Some subprocessors may process data outside the UK or EEA (for example in the United States). Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement / Addendum and/or EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), together with the provider’s data processing terms. We do not claim that all content remains exclusively within the EU/EEA at every processing step.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard measures to protect your data:

  • Encryption (TLS) for data in transit and encryption at rest for stored media objects.
  • Access controls and logging for production systems and sensitive data.
  • Periodic security assessments as part of our security programme.

Despite these measures, no system is 100% secure. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.

  • Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
  • Restrict or object to processing (e.g., opt-out of marketing).
